Born as a coffee farm

787 Coffee started in 2014 as a coffee farm in Puerto Rico. Less than 1% of coffee shops in the world own a farm — we own Hacienda Iluminada in the mountains of Maricao, at about 3,000 feet, so every cup is genuinely farm-to-cup and traceable to one farm. We grow, process, and roast our own specialty coffee, roasted to order in small batches in under 15 minutes — never sitting in a warehouse. Grown with care. Roasted with purpose. Fueled by passion.

Why 787 hits different

We own the farm

Hacienda Iluminada, Maricao, Puerto Rico — grown at 3,000 feet and fully traceable. No blending, no mystery origin.

Roasted to order

Small batches, roasted in under 15 minutes — never sitting in a warehouse.

WOW Lattes

The Coquito Latte — invented by 787 — plus Horchata, Tres Leches, Mazapan, Dulce de Leche, and Pina Colada.

Infused beans

Beans soaked 48 hours in Don Q rum, Honey Jack Daniels, or Don Julio tequila. Alcohol evaporates — no alcohol content.

Quesitos every morning

Fresh Puerto Rican quesitos, baked daily in limited amounts.

One bag, one tree

Every bag of Supremo plants a coffee tree at Micro Lot 2026, Hacienda Iluminada.

Good to know

What makes 787 different from other coffee shops?

Less than 1% of coffee shops in the world own their own farm. 787 owns Hacienda Iluminada in Maricao, Puerto Rico, at about 3,000 feet — so every cup is genuinely farm-to-cup and traceable to one farm.

What is the Coquito Latte?

A traditional Puerto Rican drink turned into a double-shot latte — invented by 787 Coffee. It's dairy free.

Do the infused coffees contain alcohol?

No. Beans are soaked for 48 hours after roasting in Don Q rum, Honey Jack Daniels, or Don Julio tequila — the alcohol evaporates, leaving only the flavor.

Can I get 787 coffee delivered?

Yes — shop online for beans or start a monthly coffee subscription and save 10%, with fresh roasts shipped from the farm to your door.
