It's not quite Chinese food, and it's not quite Peruvian food either. Chifa is what happened when Chinese immigrants landed in Peru and cooked with everything they found — the spices, the sauces, the soul. At Chifa Du Kang we've been wok-firing that story since 1989.

From China to Perú to Miami
With less than $20 in their pockets, Papá Tou and Juanita arrived in Lima from Guangzhou, China, in 1986. They fell in love, started a family, and opened their first restaurant in 1989. In 2001 they opened the very first Chifa Du Kang, and in 2011 they brought it overseas to Miami. The Kendall location joined the family in 2021.
Our dream is to share our Chifa culture with the world.

Is there a lunch special?
Yes — our Lunch Special is available Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm, starting at $16.99.
How does Chifa Rewards work?
Earn 1 point for every $2 spent, in person or online. Redeem points for Chifa Coins toward your favorite dishes — 50 points saves $5, 100 points saves $10, 150 points saves $15. Points accumulate across all locations using your phone number.
Do you cater events?
Yes — our catering service is built for groups of 10 or more, perfect for celebrations, family gatherings and corporate events. Trays come in half (8–12 people) and full (15–20 people) sizes. Reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance.
