How a photoshoot works
1. Choose your package
Select your preferred package and check out online. We reach out within the next business day to finalize the details.
2. One-on-one consultation
A project manager calls to schedule your date, assign your photographer and answer any questions.
3. Arrive at your session
Come to our private studio space, where we host your production.
4. Select your images
All images are sent within 48 hours. You choose the ones you want edited.
5. Receive your photos
Our editing team retouches your selections. Allow a 2–3 week turnaround for finalized images.

How do I book studio time?
All photo, video and podcast studios can be booked online at HGABstudios.com. All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
How can I cancel my booking?
Bookings may be canceled or altered 3 days (72 hours) in advance. No last-minute cancellations or time changes can be honored.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a debit or credit card and a valid photo ID. Our studio managers hold onto these until the end of your session.
