What started as an Instagram page and appointments out of an apartment in 2021 grew into multiple New York locations, including a Fifth Avenue showroom in Manhattan. Custom suits, tuxedos, shirts, overcoats and alterations — clients customize everything from fabrics and linings to monograms and buttons, and work directly with the family from design consultation through final fitting.

Our story
Built by a family, one garment at a time
Maximus Custom Clothing is a family-owned custom tailor built from the ground up by first-generation Egyptian immigrants. What started as an Instagram page and appointments out of their apartment in 2021 quickly grew into multiple locations across New York, including their Fifth Avenue showroom in Manhattan, Long Island, and their newest expansion on Austin Street in Forest Hills, Queens.
Kero started the business while still in high school after watching his parents, Magdy and Mariam, work long hours as tailors for other companies. Together as a family, they decided to take a risk and build something of their own. Clients work directly with the family throughout the entire process — from design consultation to fittings and final tailoring — and can customize everything from fabrics and linings to monograms, buttons, and even add pictures to their suits or vests.

How long does the custom tailoring process take?
The full custom process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the fabric, design and required fittings. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do you offer consultations before placing an order?
Yes — a personalized consultation to discuss your style preferences, fabric choices, design details and measurements, so your garment is created exactly as you envision.
Can I bring a reference photo or an existing garment to replicate?
Absolutely. You can bring photos, inspiration designs, or an old suit, shirt or coat you love. Our master tailors will recreate or enhance the style with a perfect fit.
Do you offer alterations after delivery?
Yes, we provide complimentary adjustments to ensure your outfit fits perfectly. Additional alterations or future resizing services are also available.
Do you offer home or office measurement visits?
Yes — depending on your location, our team can visit your home or workplace for a hassle-free fitting.
Do you offer custom suits for wedding parties?
Yes. MCC crafts custom outfits for weddings, including suits and tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen and family members, with personalized styling and fittings.
