Novecento (900) is the sum of all our parts — a gathering space meant to bring people together in a setting that is classically rare, never medium and always well done. It can feel like a Sunday dinner at home with the family, yet thrives as a business lunch with colleagues, a night out with your partner, or a fútbol match with the fellas.
Our roots run deep. After first opening in 1991 in SoHo, New York, we went international — Cañitas and Córdoba in Argentina, and a summer season in Punta del Este, Uruguay — before bringing Novecento home to South Florida. Nearly three decades on, we still believe fresh and made-from-scratch is the only way.
