The menu at Bestia is Chef Ori Menashe's interpretation of Italian classics, with an emphasis on powerful, yet balanced flavors and wood-fired cooking. It is thoughtfully sourced and seasonal, which is another way of saying it moves — what is on the table in July is not what is on it in January. Sit at the bar for pizza and a beer, or work through four courses with 14 of your closest friends; the kitchen is built to do both on the same night, in the same room.
