Links golf the way Scotland intended

The oceanside homestretch
Arthur Hills built the Ocean Course in traditional links style: firm, wide-open fairways bordered by wispy native grasses and seasonal wildflowers, big shared bunker complexes, undulating greens, on-shore winds and coastal fog. You leave the clubhouse at the 1st and don't return until the 18th. The last three holes set it apart — the elevated 16th kicks off the homestretch, the blufftop 17th draws comparisons to Pebble Beach's famous 7th, and after a tee shot over Cañada Verde Creek canyon you finish beneath The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Time it right and Scottish bagpipes lead you in at sunset.
