Thursday nights run late at SFMOMA

The museum stays open until 8

Every Thursday the galleries run from noon to 8 p.m. — and Thursday Night Live brings performance into the mix. A recent edition: folklorico dance by El Espiritu Bailarin, with performances at 5:45 and 7 p.m. and a short tutorial after each set for anyone ready to put on their dancing shoes. Families are always welcome — guests 18 and younger get in free, every day.
