Grab a plate from any kitchen downstairs, order a drink from one of the three bars, and claim a spot before sunset. It's the rare New York view you don't have to book weeks ahead — the Market is open daily from 8AM, until 11PM on Friday and Saturday and 10PM the rest of the week.
