The inspiration for 1 Hotels is the nature surrounding them every day — like in nature, everything at 1 works together. Van Kirk constructed and installed the mezzanine swim spa, the main-level swimming pool and spa, and a Porte Cochère entry fountain. Every feature has a custom filtration system and plumbing.
