Sunset menu to moonlight menu

Dinner keeps club hours here

The Sunset Menu runs 7:00pm to 11:11pm: silky hummus, Members' muhammara with pomegranate, goat cheese boureks, salmon crispy rice, wagyu sliders — up through a lamb plum tajine for two and a 32oz Snake River Farms dry-aged tomahawk. At 11:11 the Moonlight Menu takes over until 1:11am, so the half-baked Members' Cookie and Moroccan mint tea can land between DJ sets.
