Palmer Corner and the postcard 18th

1/3

An American classic since 1973

Designed by Arnold Palmer and Francis Duane, the Old Course winds through mature cypress trees and finishes on a dramatic oceanfront bluff. Dog-legs, water hazards and tree-lined fairways reward the strategic player over the long hitter, and five sets of tees let you pick how hard it plays. The favorites: the opening par-five, the Ritz-Carlton-backed 9th, and the final four holes through "Palmer Corner" — ending at a 405-yard par-four stunner framed by the blue Pacific, one of golf's highest-ranked finishing holes in the country.
