What does a typical day look like?
Our staff picks your child up from school. They arrive to a healthy snack and some downtime, then homework help with trained staff, followed by a structured fitness class and activities for discipline and mental growth — ending with free play until pick-up.
How do classes cater to different ages?
For ages 5–7 we focus on fun, play-based activities that build motor skills and coordination. For ages 8–12 we introduce structured exercises for strength, endurance and flexibility — each session led by experienced instructors and adapted to the child.
