Start with the Burrata Salad — arugula, frisée, mango chutney and chili crunch — or the Fresh Catch Tropical Crudo in coconut leche de tigre. For the main, choose Caribbean Shrimp Lettuce Tacos, a Grouper Sandwich with Cajun remoulade, or Branzino Meunière with heirloom tomatoes and cilantro rice. Finish with Tropical Berries in passion fruit syrup or the seasonal sorbet.
