Birria is the backbone of the Talkin' Tacos menu, and the Wynwood kitchen serves it in every form it has dreamed up: birria tacos on corn tortillas with Chihuahua cheese and consommé on the side, quesabirria pressed in a flour tortilla, birria ramen with the noodles dropped straight into the broth, birria taki tacos, a birria rice bowl, a birria burrito, birria mac 'n' cheese off the new-release board, birria grilled cheese on Texas toast, and a thin-crust birria pizza served with tomato soup. Same slow-cooked beef, a different vehicle every time.
