Gary Chan's bakery built its name on the cream puff. The house recipe logic is simple: Chinese American and Asian flavor profiles, French technique, everything made in house — from buttery croissants to matcha-filled cream puffs. The Crèmini is the signature shrunk down to bite size and boxed by the half dozen in the Ship Goodies lineup, kawaii faces and all. In the shop, pair one with a coffee or a matcha and say hi to the alpaca on the mug.
