We built a serious program and then pretended it wasn't serious. Tin Roof opened on July 27, 2009 with twenty-two wines by the glass, and the list has only gotten deeper since: central-coast syrahs worth arguing about, a Stash List of allocated bottles from our cellar, and a wine-shelved corner of the dining room we call the Library. We'll happily nerd out about the bottle. We'll just as happily let you point and say "that one."
