What's changed

  • Better fats We now exclusively fry with beef tallow, and cook with butter and EVOO only.
  • Better eggs & chicken We now exclusively source free-range chicken and cage-free eggs.
  • Better milks We now exclusively source seed-oil-free non-dairy milks.
