Carne en vara
Carne en vara is a traditional Venezuelan dish: prime meat skewered and slow-cooked over wood coals in our asador. The smoke from the wood gives it a flavor you can't fake. Every cut comes with your choice of house sauce — truffle ají dulce cream, chimimordisco, au poivre and more. For the table, the parrillas pile flap meat, picanha, roast chicken and artisan sausage onto one board with yuca, tostones, avocado and chimichurri.
