Kibbeh, six ways

Most menus stop at one
Kibbeh gets its own section at Beirut Doral, and it runs six deep. Oven-baked in a slice, raw as kibbeh nayeh — the finest beef blended with onion, wheat, basil and Middle Eastern spices — deep-fried as kibbeh qrass with ground beef, chopped onion and pine nuts inside, or grilled in rounds as kibbeh meshwi. The baked and grilled versions come as full platters with two sides of your choice, and there is a veggie kibbeh stuffed with spinach, chopped onion and chickpeas for the table's non-carnivore.
