Executive Chef Amod Singh — previously Executive Sous Chef at Taj Campton Place, where his culinary talents earned the restaurant two Michelin stars — took the reins of the Blue Mermaid kitchen in June 2023 and brought 'California spice' to the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant scene. Expect three types of homemade chowders, lobster ravioli, and Chef's spin on cioppino, sustainably sourced and served amid charming brick interiors or al fresco on one of the only wharf-side patios in Fisherman's Wharf.

What is Grillin' and Chillin?
On the first Saturday of each month, May through September, Blue Mermaid's famous chowder cart rolls into the Del Monte Cannery — sausages, savory shawarmas, and the signature Clam Chowder and Cioppino.
