More than dinner
Friday and Saturday nights, 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Carnaval runs its Dinner & Show Experience — an immersive evening of globally inspired dining, theatrical cocktails, and live performances that transform the rooftop into a full-scale spectacle. Dinner is the opening act: shareable plates and vibrant seafood while the sun drops over Ocean Drive. Then the performers take over, the music comes up, and the room becomes the show. The rooftop stays open until 5 AM, so the dance floor keeps moving long after the last course.
