This Country Walk new build combines a sky-blue exposed-aggregate finish with an ivory travertine patio — a bright, barefoot-friendly deck that stays cool in the Miami sun. Shade umbrellas, a fire pit corner, and open lawn round out a yard the whole family actually uses.
