Salvation Tattoo Lounge was founded by Alex Zarfati, whose career in creative industries and brand development began in the 1990s. In 2005 that vision took physical form — not simply a tattoo shop, but a boutique studio experience built on professionalism, hospitality and long-term client relationships. Refined operations, meticulous standards and a concierge-style approach to service have defined the brand ever since, across every location.
Zarfati's influence extends beyond the studio: he created Master Tattoo Institute, one of the first formal tattoo education programs in the United States and the first tattoo school licensed by the Department of Education — still educating and mentoring the next generation of artists today.
