Full documents coordinated with structural, MEP, civil, landscape and pool consultants.
5. Construction administration
Rigorous oversight during construction, from contractor bidding through the final walkthrough.

Yes. Our architects work hand-in-hand with our in-house interior design team, who create bespoke interiors for single-family homes, from spatial requirements to colors, lighting and materials.

Yes. We handle all permits and approvals, partnering with a dedicated permit expediter experienced with city departments throughout Miami and the surrounding areas.

Timelines vary with each project. For a single-family residence, the journey from concept to completion usually takes around 2½ years, depending on the size, location and architectural complexity of the home.
