Skyroya Solutions is an insurance estimate and sketching service, and roof sketches are what we do. You send the property address. We measure the roof from aerial imagery of that property, plane by plane. You get a Xactimate ESX file back — usually within a couple of hours, and the same day either way.
That file is the part of a claim nobody wants to redo. It opens in Xactimate with the roof already drawn and already measured, so the estimate gets written from numbers that hold up — instead of numbers somebody paced out on a ladder in the rain.
