How much is admission?
The regular daily admission fee is $40 and includes use of all the spas, saunas, steam room, towels, and lockers. With a treatment of $160 or more, your entrance fee is waived.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not needed for day passes. For treatments, call (213) 487-2700 to check availability and book 1-2 weeks in advance.
Is there parking?
Parking is valet only, and the fee is $4 in cash.
Can I bring kids?
Wi Spa is a family spa and welcomes guests of all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult of the same gender in the spa and sauna areas, and treatments for minors require a parent or legal guardian present.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
What should I expect on a first visit?
At check-in you receive a wristwatch key for your locker, plus a towel, shirt, and shorts. Bathing suits are not allowed in the gender-segregated spas, and all charges during your stay go on your key, totaled at checkout.
