Our story
Everything is connected
The name comes from the Hindi teachings that nourish and feed the ever-evolving rhythms of life, and the spirit travels — from the sanctuary of Bali to the refined coast of the South of France, all the way to the magic city of Miami. Born in 2000 from the imagination of Christophe Caucino, a renowned restaurateur from Cannes, Bâoli established itself in the harbor of Cannes as a staple among Europe's top culinary and nightlife destinations.
Bâoli Miami opened its doors in 2008 and has since become a world-renowned destination frequented by celebrities and jet setters. Its historic success and soul are now back to life with a new and modern sensibility — an unforgettable culinary experience and a sense of community revolving around world-class music, imaginative cocktails and entertainment.
