From Cannes to Collins Avenue

Twenty-five years of one idea

Bâoli was born in 2000 from the imagination of Christophe Caucino, a renowned restaurateur from Cannes. Ideally located in the harbor of Cannes, the original quickly established itself among Europe's top culinary and nightlife destinations. The name is drawn from Hindi teachings — the holistic philosophy of community and sharing that nourishes the ever-evolving rhythms of life — and the point of view transports from the sanctuary of Bali to the refined coast of the South of France.

Bâoli Miami opened its doors in 2008 and became a world-renowned destination frequented by celebrities and jet setters. Today its historic success and soul are back to life with a new and modern sensibility, at 1906 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.
