Cafe Mogador is a family-run Moroccan and Middle Eastern restaurant that has been serving New York since 1983 — at 101 St Marks Place in the East Village and at 133 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, where a garden room fills with tropical plants. The kitchen moves from mezze and hummus platters to tagines with stewed apricots and prunes, couscous with seven vegetables, and a breakfast served until 4pm every day, with Moroccan mint tea and Turkish coffee to finish.
