Breakfast at Mogador runs until 4pm every day — all eggs are organic and arrive with za'atar pita. Moroccan Eggs come poached in a spicy tomato and pepper sauce (add merguez sausage if you know what's good for you), Halloumi Eggs sit over roasted tomato and seared halloumi, and the Middle Eastern Breakfast plates eggs any style with hummus, tabouli and Arabic salad. On the sweeter side: buttermilk pancakes — plain or banana — and French toast, both with warm berry syrup and maple syrup. Turkish coffee, Moroccan mint tea, or fresh mint lemonade alongside.
