The Healing Arts Center & Spa is located at the Golden Gate. Nurture is woven throughout the Cavallo Point culture, and our healing services reflect the intention to provide a supportive place where all are welcome. Let our experts guide you on a path to help release physical, mental, and energy blocks — and create the healthy life you envision. Open Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes — select the Eco Luxe Pups package add-on when booking ($150 per room per stay) and note in “Additional Details” whether you are bringing one or two dogs. A maximum of two friendly dogs per room. Dogs must be leashed at all times on property, including the Parade Ground lawn, per National Park Service rules, and are restricted from the Healing Arts Center & Spa, Farley and Sula — with the exception of the terrace in front of the restaurant and bar.
What are the spa hours?
Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm. Friday to Sunday, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm. Spa reservations: 415.339.4767.
What’s showing in the Art Gallery?
“Through The Fog” — a photography exhibition by Christopher Erin, Maria Marriott and Todd Pickering exploring the tension between concealment and revelation. The gallery sits next to the Mercantile; guest rooms and suites also hang work by contemporary artists working primarily in black and white photography.
Can I shop or send a gift card from home?
Yes. Guest favorites, spa offerings and gift cards are available at shopcavallopoint.com. Gift card orders are processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday and ship free via USPS First Class Mail; electronic gift cards are emailed to the recipient within 24 hours on business days.
