    New clients arrive 10 minutes early. Grippy socks are required — grab a pair at the studio if you need them.

  3. 3. Start with FORM Your Foundation

    Your coach breaks down the FORMFormer and every move, step by step, so you get the feel and flow of killer form.

  4. 4. Come back 3–4x a week

    Take 1–2 rest days between classes. Three to four classes a week is the sweet spot where results start to show.

What is FORM50?

FORM50 is the smartest and most effective workout in 50 minutes — a full-body class without the toll of high-impact exercise. No running, no jumping. We combine slow and fast explosive movements on a spring-based custom reformer. The afterburn effect keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 36 hours after class.

Is it Pilates?

No. FORM50 and Pilates are both low impact and work on a machine, but FORM50 is high intensity — think strength training on a reformer, with more fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and strength. Same machine, a completely different experience.

Is there a beginner class?

Yes — FORM Your Foundation is a must for beginners and suitable for all fitness levels. Your coach breaks everything down step by step in a small-group setting. Even if you've never touched a reformer, this is your starting point.

How often should I take class?

Take at least 1–2 rest days between classes. Three to four classes a week is recommended for best results — that's where real changes in strength and body composition start to compound.
