New clients start with FORM Your Foundation, where a coach walks you through the machine and every movement in a small-group setting. Here's how to get going.
How to Get Started
1. Book the intro offer
First-timers pick one new-client intro offer online at form50fitness.com or on the FORM50 app.
2. Arrive 10 minutes early
Come 10 minutes before class. Grippy socks are required — grab a pair at the studio if you need them.
3. Take FORM Your Foundation
Start with the foundational class. Slow, controlled, functional movement at just the right intensity.
