How much does it cost?
Every project is unique. Smaller projects generally run in the $400-500 range, mid-sized projects $500-800, and large projects $1,000+. Send your plans to info@iambuilders.com for a quote.
What is the turnaround time?
Most projects are delivered in 6-9 business days; larger or more complex projects can take 8-12. If you have a rush bid date, let us know and we'll try to accommodate.
What do I receive?
A PDF and an Excel file of your estimate, so you can adjust supervision, equipment, profit, or override any line item before you submit.
What if I don't have completed plans?
That's OK — we can estimate from preliminary drawings, sketches, or quantities you give us. We work with architects, developers, and owners in early planning stages all the time.
What guarantees do you offer?
We carry a $1 Million Accuracy Guarantee covered by our Errors and Omissions insurance. If we ever make a mistake and you lose money on a project, you are covered.
