Xavier Miranda, owner of the Go2Guy, got the opportunity to bid on his company's biggest project — Jackson Hospital West in Miami, FL. The only issue: no time to bid a project that size while still running his other jobs.
Go2Guy hired I AM Builders to prepare the full bid package — labor and material including equipment and profit. We estimated the project, adjusted for Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, and assisted in the negotiation and qualification phase on Go2Guy's behalf.
Fast forward several months, and Go2Guy was awarded the contract.
