The golden hours at the bar
Every day from 4pm to 7pm, the bar and high-top tables run their own menu: hummus with crispy pita, za'atar fries with feta cream and aleppo pepper, kibbeh, truffle rakakat, sujuk and pickles, and a citrus-marinated chicken shawarma wrap. The cocktail list leans Lebanese — the Lebanese 75 folds apricot and orange blossom into gin and prosecco, the Phoenician Connection runs tequila and mezcal through jalapeño, pistachio and tajín, and the Byblos Breeze cools vodka and mastiha liqueur with cucumber and basil. Zero-proof, the Yalla Spritz and Habibi Mule keep the same energy.
