Amal is where the Lebanese spirit of joie de vivre comes to life — a place where cuisine, sharing and simply living unite. Nothing speaks to Lebanese culture more than its cuisine: sharing is embedded in the values, and each passing of mezze and breaking of freshly baked pita opens up a new conversation. The Lebanese are exceptional storytellers, notorious for their overwhelming hospitality — doors always open, warmth as an art form.
The room carries the argument too. Old-world Arabesque charm is reimagined through a bright, revitalized modern lens — a kaleidoscope of fresh, calming hues in pastel blues, dusty rose and muted terracotta, reminiscent of Mediterranean landscapes — with lush interiors and a landscaped outdoor terrace. A sister dining room, Amal Toronto, keeps the same spirit on Bloor Street.
