The Farm's lofted SoHo floor is built around rows of tables and comfortable chairs — reserve one for predictability, or pick whatever is free when you walk in. There's a lounge to relax in and a kitchen nook with shared fridges and help-yourself coffee, tea and water throughout the day, and through the night as well. Entry is keyless: sign up for the Kisi app, tap the lock icon, and once it turns green you're in. Staff are on site 9am to 5pm on weekdays; outside those hours the space is still yours, you just make your own coffee.
