Inside: rows of reclaimed-wood tables and comfortable chairs you can either reserve or pick as you walk in, a lounge to sit back in, and a kitchen nook with shared fridges plus help-yourself coffee, tea and water. What are your hours of operation?
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — you work when you want. Staff are present Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, so on weekends and late-night sessions you make your own coffee. Good thing there's an automatic coffee machine.
How do I get into the building?
You'll receive an email from a service called Kisi. Once you've signed up for the app you can come and go as you please: open the app, tap the lock icon, and when it turns green the door is open. If you have trouble between 9am and 5pm, ring the doorbell and we'll let you in personally.
Can I use a conference room as a member?
Members get 4 hours free each month. If you've reached your limit, or you're a day pass user, rooms can be booked starting at $50/hour.
Are there designated quiet areas for focused work?
Yes — the Tree House area above the soundproof phone booths has a few quiet spots where you can work alone or with a small team.
How do I store my stuff overnight?
If you have a Hot Desk you can add storage for $30/month. Dedicated Desk members get a personal locker included.
Is it okay if I bring my dog?
Yes — we're called The Farm for a reason. For the safety of the community, share documentation of your pet's vaccinations first. After that, as long as your pet doesn't disrupt the space, they're more than welcome.
What kind of mailing service is included?
Every member gets a free mailbox, so you can use the SoHo location as your business address. It's meant for a limited amount of mail and the community manager helps set it up; fuller mailbox management services start at $10/month.
I like working with multiple screens — do you have monitors?
Yes. Rather than lugging one around, monitors rent for $10/day in a variety of sizes and resolutions. They connect over HDMI and USB-C adapters are available, though bringing your own adapter is a good idea.
