One system, an overall training effect
Our signature format fuses cardio fitness tools with strength training in a way that only works in a studio atmosphere. With our small studio, it's easy for coaches to make corrections, motivate and challenge you. You can go as fast or as slow as you need — if you can't perform an exercise, your trainer will modify it for you.
The zones
1. Strength
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, stability balls and battle ropes to sculpt and build power.
2. Core & functional
Foundational movements — squatting, pressing, jumping, pulling and lunging — that train your body for everyday life.
3. Cardio
Treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers and HIIT Bikes, mixed for variety so you never plateau.
