The dinner menu runs from starters and salads through karaage and tempura, noodles, seafood and dry-aged steaks, then keeps going into sashimi, nigiri, maki and a long list of specialty rolls. There is a full vegan run through it, gluten-free items are marked GF, and the sushi boats scale from one or two people up to a yacht for eight. Note that an 18% service charge is added to parties of six or more.
