Dinner got serious on Holloway



Not your average cafe dinner
The dinner menu reads like a bistro that happens to live inside a cafe: a half-pound short rib smash burger with chimichurri aioli and onion jam, miso glazed salmon over forbidden rice, tagliatelle bolognese with lemon breadcrumbs, and wagyu skirt steak frites with peppercorn soubise. Shared plates keep the table busy — Jyan Isaac sourdough with Rodolphe le Meunier butter, castelvetrano olives, triple-cooked beef tallow fries — and the housemade tiramisu closes it out.
