Housemade, down to the english muffin
Dialog runs from soft-scrambled breakfast burritos in the morning to miso glazed salmon and wagyu steak frites at dinner. The kitchen makes it in-house: english muffins, tiramisu, dressings, even the spicy ketchup. Bread comes from Jyan Isaac, butter from Rodolphe le Meunier, and the fries are triple-cooked in beef tallow. Order online directly, or take a seat on the Holloway Drive patio.
