31 taps, flights of four

How to drink your way across the wall
Thirty-one beers on tap is a lot of wall, and the flight is how Steins wants you to explore it — four pours arranged by mood rather than brewery. There's a flight for the crisp end of the spectrum, one for the dark end, one for hopheads, and one for anyone chasing fruit and sours. If none of the set lists fit, the bar flight lets you pick any three yourself (some beers may not be available for flight — ask your bartender). Beyond the taps there's a rare bottle program with a rotating selection of specialty bottles and an up-to-date pricelist in house, and for the non-drinkers, real made-from-scratch mocktails built on Seedlip non-alcoholic spirits rather than an afterthought soda.
