No lottery of weekdays here: happy hour at Lolita runs Monday to Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00, with 50% off all cocktails and beers. That covers the whole cocktail list — Firehouse 1923, mezcal paloma, Zacapa old fashioned — and a beer lineup that includes Fire Station Nº 4, the Miami-brewed house lager, next to Spanish stalwarts like Alhambra, Estrella Galicia and Mahou. Frozen sangria, red or white, if the afternoon calls for it.
