Patterns are drawn by master cutters in Chicago, renowned for their skill — a heritage of precision that ensures a flawless fit from the very first garment.
Hand-padded lapels and collars
Rows of hand stitching connect the canvas to the chest and lapel while the lapel is rolled, giving the chest structure and the lapel shape that creasing or improper dry cleaning cannot undo.
2,950 hand stitches
Each suit is cut by hand, plaids and stripes matched at all seams, coat buttons made of horn, buttonholes hand-stitched. Of the 165 steps in producing a jacket, 33 involve pressing — the final pressing by hand takes over an hour.
True bespoke tailors
