Weekend brunch at The Ragtrader keeps the room's energy and swaps in brekkie: chicken & waffle with maple butter and a hot honey drizzle, hanger steak & eggs with béarnaise, benedicts with smoked salmon or bacon, french toast with banana brûlée and mascarpone, huevos rancheros, and banana bread with salted maple butter to share. Bottomless is on the menu — just book by 2pm, since that's the last reservation for it. Handhelds carry over too, prime burger included.
