The shake case runs two speeds

Regular, or architectural

The regular shakes — Oreo, Chocolate, Banana and Strawberry — are $9.50 and come exactly as advertised. The specialty lineup is $16 and built like a dessert on top of a dessert: Dulce de Leche, Milka Oreo, Red Velvet, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher and Strawberry Candy, each one rimmed and stacked with the sweets it is named after.

Anything else you want on top comes off the topping wall at a dollar each — gummy bears, Twix, KitKat, sprinkles, M&M's, Oreo's, peanuts and Skittles. Order at the counter in the Carlyle lobby, then take it to the sidewalk on Ocean Drive.
