Bootstrapping to ~$1M ARR — the Adjuster X story

1/3

When I immigrated to the U.S., I didn't wait for permission — I reverse-engineered an industry.

The insurance claims workflow was slow, manual, and fragmented. I interviewed adjusters, mapped every manual step, and found where hours were being wasted. Then we rebuilt the workflow around how adjusters actually work — automated routing and scheduling before it was standard.

That understanding became Adjuster X: Route X Pro, Sketch X Pro, Career X Pro. Bootstrapped from zero to roughly $1M in annual revenue — no outside funding, a fully remote team, 5,000+ insurance professionals served across the U.S.

These photos are from PLRB 2026 at Gaylord National — the industry's biggest claims conference, where Adjuster X showed up as a vendor. A long way from a side project built between storm deployments.

Lesson that carries into Echify: find the workflow everyone tolerates, rebuild it around how people actually work, and charge for the hours you give back.
